So tomorrow we are finally moving! Yay! At least, I hope so. We were suppose to move Wednesday but it rained and rained and rained. It wasn't hard but it was very consistent. James said it was suppose to stop raining yesterday but this morning looked kinda gross. So it better not rain tomorrow! I just want to move already!!!
I will say it. I hate Logan. I have never really enjoyed living here. I only did it so I could go to school but now that that will be over soon (oh I got into an english class. I'll tell you about that in a second).
I don't know who all knows this but after my first year up at Utah State, I almost left. I disliked Logan that much. It is just... a boring place to live. And everything closes so early. The closest family I have is in Smithfield and I haven't really just hung out with them in years.
In the winter, it's basically like getting stranded. It's not safe to come and go lots of the time.
In order to visit any of our family we had to tear off an arm and a leg to pay for gas.
I like being close to family and so does James.
We will be moving into my parent's rental tomorrow morning (we are also getting internet and our tv stuff set up too)
Then tomorrow night we have Oliver's 3rd birthday. (I find it crazy that I have been to all 3 of Oliver's birthdays but Keitatsu has never been in the US on his.)
I got them both presents. I hope they like them.
So english! I got into an english class at the Brigham City Campus for USU. It starts on May 8th and the last day is June 22nd.... so funny thing. I just now realized that June 22nd is a Friday. My class is only Tuesday and Thursday!!! I thought this whole time that I was going to have to miss the last day of class because we are heading to Canada on the 22nd. But turns out... I don't have to miss it at all! Yay!
I am very excited to get English 2010 over with (this will be my THIRD time taking the class). That's right. If I had just finished the class the first time I took it, I would be done with school and could be working for Janet now.
That's right! I have a job (waiting for me). Isn't it every college students dream to go to school and immediately have a job afterwards.
I told her I couldn't start until I was done with school (because I know I'll have a hard time doing both and I really just need to finish). So in July, hopefully I'll be able to start taking pictures for her Decoration company (I'm really hoping I can do more than just weddings though. I'd really like doing any party like thing she decorates for. However, she mostly does weddings.)
But my plan is to start doing that with her and then organize myself into a small business with a website and cards so I can really start getting business.
I was only going to write about us moving tomorrow! Who knew I had so much to tell you all!
Just like Melissa, I have a lot of posts I need to do from the last few months (like my projects that I haven't updated you on in forever!)
I really need to get back to packing (I'm just so tired cause... well, we've been sleeping on the floor the past few nights.) We took down our bed cause we were moving Wednesday but then we didn't. So we've just been on the floor. (still on a mattress but .. meh)
So off I go to pack again.
