Venus Fly Trap

So a while back, we bought a venus fly trap. It was pretty awesome and it was way fun to watch it eat bugs.

However, I had to put most of the bugs in it's mouth myself. It usually closed and when it would open again, nothing but skeleton.

We bought this cute pot for it. Isn't it adorable?!

Here is a box elder box inside the biggest head of the trap.

It was way cool to look at.

Sadly, after two weeks, it died.

It was very depressing. But I did learn a lot about fly traps and I hope that someday we can try again and see if we can keep it alive longer. Probably keep it in an terrarium of some sort.
